Struck by Blazon for [Operator]
Asked and answered
How long is an exclusivity window?
Windows are agreed per engagement and set at signing. A Premiere window covers the launch; a Branded exclusive edition is yours permanently; a Permanent title never releases anywhere else.
Who owns the game and engine IP?
Blazon retains all game and engine IP in every tier. Exclusivity grants you the release — the window, the branding, or the whole game — not ownership of the work beneath it.
Will an exclusive game be released unbranded?
Premiere titles join the open catalog after their window. A Branded exclusive's branded edition never releases elsewhere, though an unbranded original may. A Permanent title exists for one operator only.
