What we collect
Partner form submissions. When you contact us through the partner form we collect the details you provide: name, company, role, email address, your stated interest, and your message. We use them solely to respond to your inquiry and to conduct the business conversation you initiated. Submissions are transmitted to us by email and retained in a private backup store.
Analytics. This site uses cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics that collect aggregate usage data only. No analytics cookies are set, no cross-site identifiers are used, and no personal profile is built.
Legal basis
We process form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries you initiate (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention
Form submissions are retained for as long as the business conversation is active and for a reasonable period thereafter, then deleted on request or per our retention review.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to its processing. Contact us at [contact address to be published] to exercise any of these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Transfers and processors
Submissions are stored with our infrastructure provider inside the EU where available. A current list of processors is available on request.
